Internal Components in ESP
Collecting Electrodes
Collecting Electrodes are made of Cold Rolled Carbon Steel as per IS-513 GR. DD of thickness 1.25 to 1.5 mm. Some application such Soda Ash ESP is may make of Cor-ten Steel. It is used as a Plate connected to earth to collect Charged Dust Partials.
Emitting Electrodes
Discharge / Emitting Electrode in different size and Shape as well as Different materials such as SS-316, SS-904, IS-513 Gr EDD—–, we can give / Supply all type of Discharge / Emitting Electrode used in Market. It is connected to High Tension Line (78 KV or 90 KV to 120 KV) and Discharge Corona to Charge Dust Partials which will collect by Collecting Electrode plate.

Collecting Rapping Hammer made of EN-8 / IS-2062 Gr A with proper heat Treatment.
Emitting Hammer
Emitting Rapping Hammer made of EN-8 / IS-2062 Gr A with proper heat Treatment.
Pin Wheel (Big)
It is made of IS-2062 Gr A and EN-9 with proper heat Treatment. It is used for Emitting Electrode rapping to make rotation of Shaft from Vertical to Horizontal.
Anvil / Shock Pad
It is made of Forged Steel used in Collecting Electrode Rapping. It is connected to Rapping Bar at bottom of Collecting Electrode Row.
Shaft Coupling
It is used in Emitting Electrode rapping to guide Vertical rotating Shaft.
Collecting Rapping Coupling
It is made of IS-2062 Gr A, used in Collecting Electrode Rapping.
Shock Bar Guide
It is made of IS-2062 Gr A. It maintains the Pitch of Collecting Electrodes i.e. 300 mm or 400 mm—-.
Vertical Shaft Coupling
It is made of IS-2062 Gr A, used in Emitting Electrode Rapping.
